Create a Publishing Campaign

Objective

Automate the generation and publication of articles on a connected site (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or another supported platform) with auto-post.io campaigns.

Prerequisites

• Have added at least one connected site
• Have enough credits

Steps to create a campaign

1. Go to the "Campaigns" section

• Log in to auto-post.io
• Click on "Campaigns" in the menu
• Click on "New campaign"

2. Set up the campaign

• Campaign name: For easy identification
• Target site: Choose the connected site to publish to
• Language: French, English, or Spanish
• Campaign type: Recurring (daily, weekly, monthly) or fixed number

3. Define keywords and topics

• Add 3 to 8 target keywords or phrases
• Set the tone (professional, informal, etc.)
• Specify the audience or sector if needed

4. Choose the AI model and options

• Select the text AI model (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini…)
• Select the image AI model for featured images (image generation cannot be turned off; use a lower-credit image model from the catalog to reduce cost)
• Set the article length (short, medium, long)

5. Schedule the publication

• Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, etc.)
• Set the start date/time
• (Optional) Limit the total number of articles

6. Launch the campaign

• Review the summary
• Click on "Start campaign"
• Track progress in the dashboard

• Test different AI models depending on the content type
• Edit or pause the campaign at any time

Common issues

• No articles generated? Check your credits and configuration
