Campaign scheduling basics

When creating a campaign, you can configure when and how often content is generated and published.

Scheduling options

  • Frequency: How often articles are generated (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Preferred days: Select specific days of the week for publishing
  • Preferred time: Set a specific time for article generation
  • Number of posts: Limit total articles to generate
  • Auto-publish: Automatically publish or save as draft

Preferred publishing days

Choose which days of the week your content is generated.

Available options

  • All days: Generate content every day
  • Weekdays only: Monday to Friday
  • Custom selection: Choose specific days (e.g., Mon, Wed, Fri)

Day numbering

Days are numbered 0-6 where:

  • 0 = Sunday
  • 1 = Monday
  • 2 = Tuesday
  • 3 = Wednesday
  • 4 = Thursday
  • 5 = Friday
  • 6 = Saturday

Preferred publication time

Set the time of day when articles are generated.

Time configuration

  • Select hour and minute for generation time
  • Articles are queued based on your preferred time
  • Generation starts within the configured time window

Best practices

  • Choose off-peak hours for better performance
  • Consider your audience's time zone
  • Allow buffer time for generation completion

Individual post scheduling

Set specific publication dates for individual blog posts.

  1. Edit a blog post
  2. Set the desired "Publication date"
  3. Save as draft or publish immediately

Auto-publish settings

Control how content is published after generation.

Options

  • Auto-publish enabled: Articles are published immediately after generation
  • Auto-publish disabled: Articles are saved as drafts for review
