Objective

Learn how to manage, edit, and optimize articles generated by auto-post.io before or after their publication on WordPress.

Prerequisites

• Have created at least one campaign
• Have generated articles in your dashboard
• Basic knowledge of content editing

Article overview

1. Access your articles

In the auto-post.io dashboard:

1. Go to My Articles
2. Browse articles by:
   • Status: Draft, Published, Scheduled, Error
   • Campaign: Filter by specific campaign
   • Date: Creation or publication date
   • Site: Target WordPress site

2. Article statuses

Each article has a specific status:

Status	Description	Actions
Draft	Generated but not published	Edit, Preview, Publish
Published	Published on WordPress	Edit, Update, View
Scheduled	Awaiting publication	Edit, Change date, Cancel
Error	Publication failed	Retry, Edit, Diagnose

Article editor

1. Access the editor

For any article, click Edit to open the integrated editor:

Synchronization with WordPress

1. Publishing modes

Choose how your articles are published:

Immediate publication

• Article published directly on WordPress
• Real-time success/failure notification
• Automatic integration into the editorial calendar

Draft mode

• Article saved as draft on WordPress
• Manual review and validation required
• Editorial control before publication

Scheduled publication

• Automatic publication at the chosen date/time

2. Publishing settings

Configure for each article:

• Publication date: Immediate or scheduled
