Prerequisites

Article overview

1. Access your articles

In the auto-post.io dashboard:

  1. Go to My Articles
  2. Browse articles by:
    • Status: Draft, Published, Scheduled, Error
    • Campaign: Filter by specific campaign
    • Date: Creation or publication date
    • Site: Target WordPress site

2. Article statuses

Each article has a specific status:

1. Access the editor

For any article, click Edit to open the integrated editor:

Synchronization with WordPress

1. Publishing modes

Choose how your articles are published:

Immediate publication

  • Article published directly on WordPress
  • Real-time success/failure notification
  • Automatic integration into the editorial calendar

Draft mode

  • Article saved as draft on WordPress
  • Manual review and validation required

Scheduled publication

  • Automatic publication at the chosen date/time

2. Publishing settings

Configure for each article:

  • Publication date: Immediate or scheduled
